Boutique Indoor Plants and Green Interior Styling by FOLHA

Folha was inspired by man’s current obsession to connect with all things green, the longing for nature and the tranquility of plant filled urban environments in businesses and homes.

Indoor plants and outdoor gardening keep us grounded and connect us to a natural environment. By bringing nature into your home and office, creating your own urban jungle, one can benefit from the wellbeing of a greener lifestyle. Indoor plants convey vitality in a home or office through the reconnection with nature. Nature has the power to lift the human spirit, enhance creativity, calm the mind, reduce stress and purify the air.

Folha is translated as “leaf” in Portuguese, the interiors of our brick and mortar stores have been designed as an oasis of comfort and calm, utilizing contemporary design and locally and internationally sourced botanical wares and furniture to complement the abundance of lush greenery.

Our indoor plant range is extensive and includes the trusted delicious monster, the Zanzibar Gem and Chinese money plant, as well as the collectors dream Monstera obliqua, Monstera adansonii, Alocasia Dragon Scale and Rhaphidophora tetrasperma. The result is a lush and sensory retail experience that seeks to evoke inspiration and confidence in our customers. We understand that gardening can be intimidating and expensive so the shops are an opportunity to educate our clients on the practical considerations of caring for indoor plants as well as inspiring them with unusual species, incredible sculptural specimens and novel ideas for displaying them.

Indoor plants, pots, potting soil and accessories are available at the brick and mortar Folha Shops in Cape Town central, De Waterkant area, at the Oranjezicht City Farm Market, Granger Bay, V&A Waterfront and at our production facility, San Michell Farms, Dassenberg, Atlantis.
